Metal and masonry ornamentation, at 8300 WI Avenue, integrated with the building architecture celebrate the new tower and new public plaza. Cast stone tiles and original design light fixtures lead the path through the passage towards the courtyard, and carefully wrap around the building’s North facade and corner.

The Bloomer sculpture, prominently placed, marks the entry. Its geometrical order, color, and dancing hand-hammered sails encapsulate the motifs used throughout the project’s unique, coherent system of ornament.
